These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and yd77 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the yd77 website at yd77.ws and all services, games, promotions, and features offered therein. • Creating, accessing, or attempting to access an account on behalf of another person, or providing false identity information during the registration or KYC process, including misrepresenting your age to circumvent the 21+ age restriction.

yd77 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. yd77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, acts of third parties, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

All content on the yd77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, game software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of yd77 or its content and software suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the yd77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the yd77 platform without prior written permission.

yd77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued access to or use of the yd77 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations — for example, changes to withdrawal limits, wagering requirements, or self-exclusion procedures — yd77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the contact details registered on affected accounts. However, yd77 is not obligated to provide advance notice for routine clarifications, formatting updates, or amendments required to comply with applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the yd77 platform shall first be referred to yd77 customer support for resolution. yd77 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly.
